Returns

We accept unworn swimwear and clothing in new condition with all tags and liner attached withing the 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Once we receive and approve your return items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. 

Please request a return with our customer service team at support@tag-9.com. Please provide customer care with your tracking number to ensure minimal delays in return and refund processing. Once you apply for a refund, our customer care will provide you with a return address.Once received in the TAG•9 warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the warehouse to process your return. Please ensure to state the order number on the courier receipt of the return package to avoid any delay in return process. Final acceptance of your return and issuance of refunds are at the brand’s discretion.Should your return not meet our return guidelines, TAG•9 will not be responsible for return shipping fees and duties to ship the unaccepted goods. Should the purchaser wish to have their package returned, all return shipping and fees will be due by the purchaser.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notfity you if the item is accpeted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10-14 business days to appear in your bank account.

Yes. As long as all tags and liners are attached.

All items that are unworn and were purcahsed at full price or with a discount of under 20% and in new condition with all tags and liners attached can be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
